Working together for a safer community
The Rogers Fire Auxiliary membership is made up of current and past fire department members and significant others who join together to raise funds for the Rogers Fire Department and promote public safety to build a stronger community that we protect.
Together we have raised thousands of dollars for equipment and training that otherwise would have cost the tax payers more money or couldn’t be purchased in a timely fashion via normal budget processes.
Members of the Rogers Fire Auxiliary were lucky enough to take part in the Annual Fire Fighters For Healing Red Tie Gala in Minneapolis. All proceeds from the event went to finish and help open their new 12 “home-away-from-home” suites are for the families of burn survivors or firefighters/first responders who are being cared for at the Hennepin Healthcare Burn Center and other Twin Cities hospitals.
Congratulations to the four winners of our scholarships offered at the Rogers High School.
The Rogers Fire Auxiliary has offered 4 - $500 scholarships yearly to invest in those that develop their education in the emergency services or medical field to help better our community.
The Rogers Fire Auxiliary teamed up with the Dayton Fire Wives in a contest on who could raise the most diapers for local food shelves and organizations. In total over 30,000 diapers were donated . The Rogers Fire Department won the contest, but really it was the families in need who really won.
